Contact Microsoft at 1-800-4MY-XBOX. That is the number for XBox customer service. Call during the day if you want to avoid talking to some one in India. I just had my box repaired by them and it didn’t cost a dime. I had the three flashing red lights. They sent me a box to ship my 360 in and all. Shipping both ways was included as part of my warranty service. Good luck.

microsoft.com will help you, they will fix it for free

look it up on Microsoft’s website. You lucked out, the warranty just went to 3 years. They’ll cover ya, just google Xbox360 3 year warranty. Hopefully that’ll get you in the right direction

think twice before send it to Microsoft as it will take them 6 to 8 weeks to return you a refurbish set just like my friend.
I have the problem three weeks ago and manage to fix it myself with the help from the site which provides guide to do so.
